Job Description:

Fault Management Center takes responsibility of end to end monitoring and ensuring trouble tickets are actively routed to the respective resolver groups in a timely manner.The FMC Engineer (L1) manage L1 Fault Management Centre (FMC) – 24 /7, from the time the Incident is generated till the recommended actions are achieved.L1 engineer will be first Line of control to respond to any incident / automated alerts.Monitor, Qualify, Dispatch and log incidents using SPC/Jira ticket systemMonitoring production applications, servers, database and network using a combination of monitoring tools to ensure availability spread across global Datacenters.Document and escalate, as appropriate, all incidents and assist in providing timely resolutionMonitor all processing systems and File Transfers such as SFTP, SSH etc. to ensure all SLAs are met.Analyze transaction failures through multi-platform system and assist in mitigating failures through Recommended ActionsParticipate in software and hardware upgrades (Major Code) by tracking progress of issues and helping to mitigate risk.Contribute to the rapid resolution of incidents by calling for the necessary assistance from any operations staff member or support organization, and escalate issues with support organizations as well as internal personnel when required.
