As per our Company’s policy, we induct fresh MBA’s at entry level usually through campus recruitment, provide them on – job training and absorb them in the permanent role of the company on completion of the training and groom them for senior position.
Role: : Management Trainees (MT)
Eligible Branches : Engineering (Any branch) with MBA (Marketing preferred)
Eligibility Criteria :  60 % throughout in (10th, 12th/PUC/Diploma, Engineering & MBA)
Selection Process: 
  1. Written Test (General Aptitude & Sales Aptitude) - 40 Minutes.
  2. Group Discussion
  3. Personal Interview ( HR & Functional)
Job Location – PAN India
OTHER DETAILS
  • Package - 4 LPA and no variable during 1st year.
  • Eligible for Salary revision after 1 year completion.
  • Retention Bonus of INR. 100,000/- will be paid after completion of 3 years services agreement
